Sending Money for Registration:
For persons overseas registering for CONECAR 2009, the following procedure obtains:
1. Complete the registration form and send (mail, email or fax) to Host Committee, CONECAR 2009, etc.
2. Sending in registration form does not constitute final registration
3. The receipt of full registration fee is the confirmation of registration

3. After Conference Jamaica Tour – indicate interest at registration and make personal arrangements for accommodation. Locations and costs will be provided at a later date.
Attendees registering in advance, your badge and registration materials will be held for you at the Advance Registration Desk, located in the lobby of the Jamaica Pegasus.
Written requests for registration cancellation/refunds must be postmarked on or before October 5, 2009. All CONECAR 2009 registration cancellations/refund requests received by October 5, 2009 will be refunded less a US $75.00 processing fee. No refunds will be given after October 5, 2009. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
